HYPEAL 1€ Coin Pack Reservation Terms

These 1€ Coin Pack ("Tokens") Reservation Terms ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("Customer") and HYPEAL B.V, the platform facilitating Token reservations ("HYPEAL"), for the reservation of Tokens. By participating in this reservation, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

Coin Pack Reservation:

Customer places a 1€ deposit to reserve Tokens before public availability.
The deposit secures guaranteed access to Tokens at the lowest possible price upon Token sale.

Deposit Payment:

Customer agrees to pay a refundable 1€ deposit.
The deposit payment is non-transferable and does not guarantee the final Token purchase.

Reservation Priority:

Customers who place a deposit will have priority access to Token purchase at the reserved price.
The reserved price will be communicated upon the Token sale launch.

Final Token Purchase:

HYPEAL will communicate details regarding the Token sale, including price and launch date.
The reserved deposit amount will be credited towards the final Token purchase price.

Refunds and Cancellations:

The 1€ deposit is refundable, regardless of the final decision to purchase Tokens.
All you need to do, is sending an email to info@hypeal.com.

Token Availability:

Token availability is subject to the terms and conditions of the Token sale.
Placing a deposit does not guarantee availability due to potential Token limitations.

Token Issuance

Upon the issuance of the Tokens, all purchasers will receive a unique Non-Fungible Token (NFT) as part of their purchase. This NFT, representing 1,000 Tokens, serves as a certificate of ownership for the associated Tokens. It's important to note that once the Tokens are listed on an exchange, holders of these NFTs will automatically receive their corresponding Tokens, further validating their ownership. This mechanism empowers the community, as NFT holders collectively hold the decision-making power to choose the exchange on which the Tokens will be listed. This innovative approach enhances transparency and community involvement throughout the process.

Modification and Termination:

HYPEAL reserves the right to modify or terminate the Token reservation program.
In case of termination, eligible refunds, if any, will be provided as per HYPEAL's discretion.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Netherland's laws.

By placing the 1€ Token reservation deposit, Customer agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from participating in the reservation.
